Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for playing Transportation Craft at transportationcraft.com, run by Khaloosoft LLC ("we", "us"). By playing, or by making an account, you agree to them. If a child plays, a parent or guardian agrees to them for the child. Our Privacy Policy says what we keep about you and why.

The game

Transportation Craft is free to play. There's nothing to buy and no ads. You can play without an account: your island is kept in the browser you play in. We may change the game, add to it, or take parts away as it grows.

Accounts

• An account is free. Anyone may make one; children should make theirs with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for it.
• Use an email address you can read: it's how you sign in, and how a forgotten password is set again.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
• One account per email. Don't make accounts with someone else's email, or many accounts automatically.
• You can delete your account at any time, from your account page.

Playing together

The online islands are shared with everyone who has an account, many of them young children. Be kind there:

• Pick a name in the game that's fit for little ones, and don't use your full name.
• Don't write or build anything rude, unkind or scary, or anything that shares personal information (where someone lives, a phone number, an email address).
• Don't spoil the game for others, for example by knocking down what they've built over and over.

We may take away anything built or written on an online island, change a name in the game, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, without warning.

Your islands

What you build is yours. So that the game works, you let us keep your islands and what you build on the online islands, and show it to the other players there. What's built on an online island stays part of it, for everyone, after you leave.

We look after islands carefully, but we can't promise none will ever be lost. To keep a copy of your own, open Options in the game and press Save a copy.

Using the game fairly

Don't try to get into anyone else's account or into our servers, to overload or break the game, to get around its limits, or to collect information about other players. Don't use the game for anything against the law.

No guarantees

We make the game with care and hope it's always there, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. It may sometimes be unavailable, and we may stop running it.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost islands or data, arising from playing the game or from not being able to play it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update them here, with the date at the top. Playing after a change means you agree to the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
